SPG has 16 dedicated professionals supporting investors in investment management and asset management. The team has combined property investment experience of over 50 years, having raised, structured and invested in excess of US$8 billion of equity capital
- Investments will typically be structured in the following way:
- The creation of niche investment vehicles wrapped around exclusive local partners
- Joint-ventures with developers or other property investors; and
- Direct property investments where value can be added through active asset management
Strategic relationships with local partners in order to generate deal flow, secure capacity and to ensure proper and diligent execution in local markets
SPG structures each investment with appropriate governance and investment controls as well as ensuring appropriate alignment of interest
